Essentially, the company has said despite the fact we\u2019re hugely profitable, we\u2019re going to take advantage of the economic situation in the country right now to try to roll back the wages, benefits, and job security of our workers.&#8221;<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>Meanwhile, here in Boston<\/h4>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/ibew2222.org\/\">International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2222<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cwalocal1400.org\/\">Communications Workers of America Local 1400<\/a> were at the Verizon office in Post Office Square.
