At 2:40 PM, two HUPD motorcycle officers were at the front door of the Science Center, HUPD SUV 291 was parked between SciCtr and Memorial Hall, and a patrol car next to Thayer Hall. By 2:58, the motorcycle officers were gone. Women detainees are even  ghostlier in the media.<\/p>\n<p><font size=\"4\">In her own words,<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There are female detainees who have been raped and abused horribly,<br \/>\ntaken into custody because they are relatives of male &#8216;suspects&#8217;<br \/>\n(their independent legal status from men in their lives totally annihilated<br \/>\nin the process). Unfortunately these female detainees have been<br \/>\ncompletely ignored by the US mainstream media as well as the<br \/>\nUS anti-war movement, and I&#8217;m tired of female activists as well as<br \/>\nactors in Iraq being erased.&#8221;<br \/>\n<\/font><br \/>\n<font size=\"4\">Apology offered. Lesson learned.
