At the site, I learned that<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The American Haiku Archives is the world\u2019s largest public collection of haiku and related poetry books and papers outside Japan. This repository is housed at the California State Library in Sacramento, California, and is dedicated to preserving the history of North American haiku.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanhaikuarchives.org\/boardmembers\/GarryGay.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/files\/2008\/01\/mainichihaikuinenglishn.jpg\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanhaikuarchives.org\/boardmembers\/GarryGay.html\">Garry Gay<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanhaikuarchives.org\/boardmembers\/RandyBrooks.html\">Randy Brooks<\/a> are co-chairs of the AHA advisory board.   Brooks designed the site, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanhaikuarchives.org\/boardmembers\/MichaelDylanWelch.html\">Michael Dylan Welch<\/a> is the webmaster.
