 Although we&#8217;ve <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2007\/11\/30\/best-of-lists-the-bearish-truth-bared\/\">often noted<\/a> that no &#8220;best of&#8221; list can please everyone or avoid under- and over-inclusiveness, no publication does a better job than RMA in &#8220;assembl[ing] the finest haiku and related forms published around the world in English in a single book.&#8221; having three of their poems selected for inclusion in the anthology.  In addition to hat-trickers Collin Barber, John Barlow, Ernest J.
