<em>Newsday.com\/AP<\/em> (June 6, 2007).\u00a0 A similar story\u00a0appears in today&#8217;s Schenecady <em>Daily Gazette<\/em>, about the Guyanese community here, where we&#8217;ve had a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.racematters.org\/schenectadyguyanesestrategy.htm\">Guyanese Strategy<\/a> to attract people\u00a0of Guyanese descent\u00a0to our shrinking rustbelt\u00a0city (<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2004\/05\/17\/brown-good-decision-meets-bad-karma\/\">prior post<\/a> &#8211; scroll to update). \u00a0 And, (2) Check out the <em>NYT<\/em> article from June 8, 2007, &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2007\/06\/08\/business\/08home.html?ei=5090&amp;en=f78f255aa51ccc6e&amp;ex=1338955200&amp;partner=rssuserland&amp;emc=rss&amp;pagewanted=all\">One City&#8217;s Home Sellers Do Better on Their Own<\/a>,&#8221; to learn about the comprehensive study of home sales in Madison, WI, from 1998 to 2004, which found that people &#8220;who sold their homes through real estate agents typically did not get a higher sale price than people who sold their homes themselves.
