The report endorsed the expansion of lawyer-judge assistance programs to include age-impaired lawyers. Such programs have proven highly effective for lawyers with alcohol and substance abuse issues in reducing recidivism and better protecting clients and the public.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"45\" alt=\"brainG\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/files\/2007\/06\/brainG.jpg\" width=\"55\" \/>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0. . .
