at <em>shlep<\/em>.\u00a0 I was inspired by reading Prof. Jeff Sovern&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/pubcit.typepad.com\/clpblog\/2007\/02\/on_the_relevanc.html\"><em>Consumer Law &amp; Policy Blog<\/em><\/a> posting on the continuing relevance of regulation protecting consumers who make purchasers from &#8220;field sales&#8221;
