Prof. Yabut and ethicalEsq got to retire (and<\/EM> butt in sua sponte<\/EM>). haikuEsq <\/EM><\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
has been able to share with you some of the very best contemporary haiku<\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
(plus the work of the <\/FONT>imitable Master Issa) — due to the generosity of more than<\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
a dozen Honored Guest Poets.  Plus, dagosan<\/EM> has had a place to begin to learn<\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
the haijin craft, with daily deadlines to inspire productivity.<\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n

\n
We want to thank all our visitors, plus the webloggers who keep us informed <\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
and entertained, and on our many toes.  So, below are an array of haiku that touch<\/FONT><\/DIV>

on various feelings and themes, which human beings all around this planet share<\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
as one year ends and the new year brings hopes and challenges, with renewed<\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
faith and energy and community.  We’ve dedicated each to one of our weblog friends<\/FONT><\/DIV>

and colleagues, but feel free to mix and match and find your own favorites.<\/FONT><\/DIV>
