while opposing<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">mandatory pro bono &#8212; she favors forcing &#8220;each senior lawyer to train a fixed number of <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"2\">junior lawyers&#8221;
