Thanks to an article in the New York Times<\/FONT><\/EM><\/A> earlier this week, many Americans are now<\/FONT><\/DIV>

aware of and talking about the existence of faith-based law schools.  Naturally, members<\/FONT><\/DIV>

of the weblog community (like Professors <\/FONT>Althouse<\/FONT><\/A> and <\/FONT>Bainbridge<\/FONT><\/A>,<\/FONT> and many others<\/FONT><\/A>) have<\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
also been discussing the topic.  As is usually the case, the Editor of this weblog is skeptical<\/FONT><\/DIV>

about any proffered panacea for complex problems — especially, when the legal profession <\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
will have a big part in the outcome.  <\/FONT><\/DIV>
