A woman who, in consequence of her boisterous, <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\" size=\"2\">disorderly and quarrelsome tongue, is a public nuisance to the neighborhood.<BR><BR>Such a woman may be indicted, and on conviction, punished.
