Hate and venom doesn&#8217;t help convince independents, moderates, or people of good will (and it can even turn off your allies).&nbsp;&nbsp; They should not be the public face of a great Party with great principles and values &#8212; nor the&nbsp;primary argument of thoughtful adults hoping to unseat a President.<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL><\/UL><\/DIV><br \/>\n<P dir=\"ltr\" style=\"MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"><\/FONT><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI><br \/>\n<DIV style=\"MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px\" align=\"left\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">All who care about the fairness of presidential elections should applaud&nbsp;today&#8217;s <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/newsItems\/edit\/All%20who%20care%20about%20the%20fairness%20of%20presidential%20elections%20should%20follow%20the%20New%20York%20Times%20editorial%20suggestions%20about%20necessary\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"><EM>New York Times<\/EM> editorial <\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">(Nov. 7, 2004) which recommends many necessary, uniform, federal electoral reforms,&nbsp; And,&nbsp;they&nbsp;shouldn&#8217;t take 4 years to achieve.<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL><\/UL><br \/>\n<P><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/paintcanflip.gif\" alt=\"paint can flip\" \/> <A href=\"http:\/\/www.mayitpleasethecourt.net\/journal.asp?blogid=497\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\" color=\"#000000\">Craig Williams<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"> and <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.overlawyered.com\/archives\/001698.html\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\" color=\"#000000\">Walter Olson<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">&nbsp;are both spotlighting the Spray On Siding controversy this weekend. The <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.spraysiding.com\/\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">Sprayed-On Review<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">&nbsp;was launched to&nbsp;publicize problems of homeowner-customers with&nbsp;the <FONT color=\"black\">work of <\/FONT><\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/sprayonsiding.com.\/\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\" color=\"black\">Alvis Spray On Siding<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\" color=\"black\">.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Alvis has sued to stop the Review website, invoking trademark protection.
