The Court noted in mitigation that, besides repaying all converted<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">sums, the attorney &#8220;has <EM>waived all legal fees and executor commissions<\/EM> for services rendered to<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">the estate. &#8220;(<\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.state.ny.us\/reporter\/3dseries\/2004\/2004_06822.htm\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">Matter of Paul M. Whitaker<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">, NYSlipOp 06822, Sept. 30, 2004).&nbsp; Why not disbar him?<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/clownheadf.gif\" alt=\"clown head f\" \/>&nbsp;&nbsp;A Pa. judge ruled this past week that <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.law.com\/jsp\/printerfriendly.jsp?c=LawArticle&amp;t=PrinterFriendlyArticle&amp;cid=1096473917031\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">Calling Lawyer a &#8216;Moron&#8217; [Is] Not Defamatory<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">&nbsp;(<EM>The Legal <\/EM><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"><EM>Intelligencer<\/EM>, 10-01-2004).&nbsp; However, before lawyer Romolo Versaci of &#8220;<A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/discuss\/msgReader$2044\"><FONT color=\"black\">so-called lawyer<\/FONT><\/A>&#8221;&nbsp;<\/FONT><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">fame gets too disheartened<\/FONT><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">, it is only fair to say that Judge Gene D.
