Gore.<\/EM>&nbsp; Only illegality or unethical judicial conduct could possibly&nbsp;justify violating the confidentiality between <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">clerk and court &#8212; and <EM>Vanity Fair<\/EM>&nbsp;would surely not be the proper forum.<\/FONT>&nbsp;<FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">(see <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.law.com\/jsp\/article.jsp?id=1095434485225\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">law.com<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">; via <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.legalreader.com\/archives\/002055.html\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Legal Reader<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">)<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<LI><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\"><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><A href=\"http:\/\/www.overlawyered.com\/archives\/001563.html\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\" color=\"#000000\">Overlawyered.com points<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"> to a telling column in the <EM>Boston Globe<\/EM>, <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/news\/globe\/editorial_opinion\/oped\/articles\/2004\/09\/26\/why_the_911_fund_was_a_mistake?pg=full\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Why the 9\/11 fund was a mistake<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">. <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Besides all the greed and deceit, Jeff&nbsp;Jacoby<\/FONT>&nbsp;<FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">echoes my feelings: &#8220;To begin with, there was the injustice <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">of having the feds bestow multimillion-dollar jackpots on the Sept. 11 families when countless other families <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">struck by tragedy get nothing.&#8221;<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><br \/>\n<LI><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\"><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><A href=\"http:\/\/uncivillitigator.blogspot.com\/2004\/09\/gimme-break.html\">Enough<\/A>.&nbsp; Let&#8217;s <A href=\"http:\/\/www.legalunderground.com\/2004\/09\/thanks_a_lot_ju.html\">all<\/A> leave Howard alone and hope he (1) was using irony and (2) continues his <A href=\"http:\/\/www.legalaffairs.org\/howappealing\/2004_09_01_appellateblog_archive.html#109629248757792764\">20 Questions<\/A>.<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<LI><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\"><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">Today&#8217;s <A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/stories\/storyReader$2065\">TISK!
