It <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\">squeezes the middle, <\/FONT><FONT size=\"2\">virtually forcing <\/FONT><FONT size=\"2\">moderates <\/FONT><FONT size=\"2\">to pick which bunch of nuts they&#8217;re going to join.&#8221; <\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<LI><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\" align=\"left\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\" size=\"2\"><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\">Not about law, but maybe lawyers: <EM>Harvard Gazette<\/EM>&nbsp;articles on <A href=\"http:\/\/www.news.harvard.edu\/gazette\/2004\/09.16\/08-shark.html\">Shark Tails<\/A> and a <A href=\"http:\/\/www.news.harvard.edu\/gazette\/2004\/09.16\/99-movegene.html\">Clumsy Gene<\/A>.<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/LI><\/UL><\/UL><\/DIV><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">evocative of the Old West or of nuevo L.A. Cuisine?&nbsp; You <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/professorbainbridge.typepad.com\/photos\/uncategorized\/horse_1.JPG\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">decide<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\">.
