Sure, I could chalk this up to playful curiosity, or the haiku-lover’s penchant<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/DIV>

for surprise and juxtaposition.  But, it feels obsessive — as if it is taking up<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/DIV>
