deposits.&#8221;&nbsp; (<\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.law.com\/jsp\/article.jsp?id=1082131854821&amp;specArtType=newsInBrief\"><FONT size=\"2\">law.com<\/FONT><\/A><FONT size=\"2\">, &#8220;Judges fed up with dogs that violate courthouse lawn,&#8221; 04-17-04,&nbsp;and <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.chron.com\/cs\/CDA\/ssistory.mpl\/metropolitan\/2510280\"><FONT size=\"2\">AP\/Houston Chronicle,<\/FONT><\/A><FONT size=\"2\"> 04-16-04).&nbsp; And, we don&#8217;t <FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">care if &#8220;the courthouse grounds has one of the few patches of grass anywhere in the downtown area.&#8221; (<\/FONT><\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.fox7.com\/dynamic\/story.asp?category=2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Fox7<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">, Austin, TX)<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<UL><br \/>\n<LI><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/dogblack.gif\" alt=\"dog black\" \/>&nbsp; Just yesterday, <EM>haikuEsq<\/EM> was sitting in his backyard along the Mohawk River waiting for an inspiration (while <EM>ethicalEsq<\/EM> was taking a break from worrying about ghost-writers), when a serial-offending neighbor brought her dachshund to said lawn, let it relieve itself, and walked away without scooping &#8212; totally aware that she was being observed from just a few feet away by someone who actually had the right to be in that yard.&nbsp; Prof. Yabut, who often finds himself &#8220;stepping in it&#8221;, is outraged.&nbsp;
