I agree with her sentiment that the courts should be more open to <\/span><\/div>\n
retaliatory firing cases based on ethical whistleblowing.\u00a0 However, <\/span><\/div>\n
similar to our thoughts in <\/span>More on the Silent Associate<\/span><\/a>, last April,<\/span><\/div>\n
we can’t condone silence based on the fear of losing a job.\u00a0 (and,<\/span><\/div>\n
see, <\/span>the ethics of the Whatever Generations<\/span><\/a>)\u00a0 Also, it’s hard to <\/span><\/div>\n
imagine wanting to stay at a firm where you believe that raising <\/span><\/div>\n
ethical issues might get you fired. <\/span><\/div>\n
