<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">&#8220;SantaListF&#8221;<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><EM><STRONG>Nice List<\/STRONG><\/EM>: The <A href=\"http:\/\/www.myhq.com\/public\/b\/l\/blawgs\/\">myHq<\/A> aggregation of law-oriented weblogs is <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">comprehensive, presented in alphabeticized columns, on one <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">page, and <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">divided into useful categories: <EM>e.g<\/EM>., Lawyers, Law <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Students, <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Law Professors, Judges, Law Libarians, Humor, <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">and more.&nbsp;&nbsp; I plan to use it to quickly find weblogs I don&#8217;t <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">have bookmarked on my computer, and to browse for sites <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">that may offer needed information or diversion, as appropriate.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">The <EM>myHq<\/EM> compilation will be even more useful, if the list of web-<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">logs is broken <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">into subject-matter categories.&nbsp; Any such list <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">should, I think, be separate from the current list (perhaps further <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">down the page), so the current, broader designations can be kept.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/tinycheck.gif\" alt=\"tiny check\" \/>&nbsp; Editor &#8220;Ed&#8221;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8220;devil G&#8221;<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">is better at some things (<EM>e.g.<\/EM>, picking award winners) than others (<EM>i.e<\/EM>.,<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">characterizing&nbsp;my positions).&nbsp;&nbsp; In the <A href=\"http:\/\/blawgreview.blogspot.com\/2006\/02\/with-two-you-get-blog-rolls.html\">post<\/A> announcing the <EM>myHq<\/EM> page, <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Ed correctly referred to me as their &#8220;favorite curmudgeon,&#8221; but he <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><EM>in<\/EM>correctly states that <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">&#8220;<\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2006\/02\/28#a6103\" target=\"_blank\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">David Giacalone<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"> thinks lawyers, law professors, and <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">law students <EM>have better things to do with their time<\/EM> than <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">everyone creating and maintaining similar blogrolls on their <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">law blogs.&#8221; (emphasis added; but see <EM>update<\/EM> below)<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">As editor of <EM>f\/k\/a<\/EM>. and in real life, I do have a lot of opinions.&nbsp; How-<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">ever, I do<EM> not<\/EM> take it upon myself to tell other adults how they <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">should spend their time (at least, not outside a small circle of <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">supervisees, family, and friends).&nbsp; That is especially true after my <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">being <EM>mighti<\/EM><\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><EM>ly annoyed<\/EM>, when others told me a couple months ago<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/stories\/storyReader$5803\">not to waste my time<\/A>&nbsp;<\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">fighting the <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">use and spread of the word &#8220;blawg.&#8221;<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\">&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">samurai&#8211;<BR>even the nightingale<BR>gives orders<\/FONT><\/DIV><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<FONT size=\"1\">&nbsp; <U><FONT color=\"#800080\">Issa<\/FONT><\/U><\/FONT><\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">After describing Sean Sirrine&#8217;s campaign to increase blogrolls, in <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">my post &#8220;<\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2006\/02\/28#a6103\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">too much to read<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">, to much to write,&#8221;&nbsp;I&nbsp;stated <EM>my <\/EM>opinion,<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">starting with the words: &#8220;<EM>Sorry, it&#8217;s not for me&#8221;
