It now appears at the top of my&nbsp;original piece, the<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">full-length essay (with updates), &#8220;<\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/stories\/storyReader$5803\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">let&#8217;s make the term &#8216;blawg&#8217; obsolete<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">.&#8221; <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\"><FONT size=\"2\"><EM><STRONG>Quick Summary<\/STRONG>:<\/EM>&nbsp; <EM>Lawyers don&#8217;t need a special word to <\/EM><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">designate their weblogs.&nbsp; Weblog technology&nbsp;is not being <\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">used in any special way at law sites.&nbsp; No other group or <\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">profession has&nbsp;coined a special word for their category <\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">of weblogs.&nbsp; By insisting on&nbsp;using the trivializing, confusing <\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">and too-cute word &#8220;blawg,&#8221; lawyers appear to be&nbsp;elitist, clan-<\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">nish, or childish (likely, all three).&nbsp; Those who agree&nbsp;can help <\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">stop the terminology from becoming a generally-accepted <\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">part of the English language (and spread worldwide), by not <\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><EM><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">using the term &#8220;blawg&#8221; and by declaring their choice publically.<\/FONT><\/EM><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/media-cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/umpireS.gif\" alt=\"umpireS\" \/><\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Yes, there are <EM>many<\/EM> things I would prefer to be writing right now, and <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">that you would surely prefer to be reading about &#8212;&nbsp;so I hope I can <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">let the subject percolate on its own for awhile.&nbsp; Before leaving it, <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">though, I want to say that&nbsp;there was no need for&nbsp;<\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/bgbg.blogspot.com\/2006\/01\/i-sandwich-dominatrix.html\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Denise Howell<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">&nbsp;(who&nbsp;<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">coined &#8220;blawg&#8221;) to print, and <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.corante.com\/betweenlawyers\/archives\/2006\/01\/27\/good_introductory_list_of_european_legal_blogs.php\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Dennis Kennedy<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">&nbsp;to second,&nbsp;a not-very <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">veiled insult of anyone who cares about this topic.&nbsp;The insult was com-<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">pounded <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">by not even bothering to <FONT color=\"#000000\">link<\/FONT> to the major posts <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">raising the <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">issue &#8212; <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/stories\/storyReader$5803\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">mine<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">, and the earlier argument from <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/kevin.lexblog.com\/thoughts-and-happenings-1541-blawgs-should-be-banned.html\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Kevin O&#8217;Keefe<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">, <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">who is <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">not <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">exactly a minor character on the legal weblog scene.&nbsp; Not <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">linking, <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">of <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">course, made it harder for their readers to encounter our <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">arguments <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">and less likely that search engines would find them.&nbsp; <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\">&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/media-cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/umpireSN.gif\" alt=\"umpireSN\" \/><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">On the bright side, <A href=\"http:\/\/www.legalunderground.com\/2006\/01\/another_type_of.html\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Evan Schaeffer<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"> was good enough to point to<\/FONT><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Kevin <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">O&#8217;Keefe&#8217;s post and this one (as well as the defense by the Editor <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">at <EM>Blawg Review<\/EM> <FONT color=\"black\">(&#8220;<\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/blawgreview.blogspot.com\/2006\/01\/who-let-blawgs-out.html\" target=\"_blank\"><FONT color=\"black\">Who let the blawgs out?<\/FONT><\/A><FONT color=\"black\">&#8220;),<\/FONT> <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">and to risk being unpopular <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">by reit<\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">erating <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">his position on the <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">word &#8220;blawg:&#8221;<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">&#8220;Not only does the indiscriminate use of the word &#8220;blawg&#8221; <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">lead to obscurity, but it gives readers the unintended impres-<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">sion that the weblog writer is running a private club.&#8221;<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">He received quite a few dissenting Comments, including one from <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">the well-known Jargon Sheriff, <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/commonscold.typepad.com\/commonscold\/\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Monica Bay<\/FONT><\/A>, who stated:<FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"> <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">&#8220;. . . i don&#8217;t mind blawg. <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\">&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">&#8220;Why: because it adds meaning to blog. It accurately <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">describes a specific thing. You see &#8220;blawg&#8221; and you <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">know that it is a law-related blog. It defines, it narrows, <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">and it doesn&#8217;t obfuscate.&#8221;<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\">My response at <A href=\"http:\/\/www.legalunderground.com\/2006\/01\/another_type_of.html\"><EM><FONT color=\"black\">Legal Underground<\/FONT><\/EM><\/A> was<FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">: <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">Monica, I don&#8217;t agree that &#8220;blawg&#8221; adds significant meaning. <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">If your audience already knows the proprietor is in the law<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">community or the topic is law, it adds nothing. If they don&#8217;t <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">know that, just tell them, rather than using a word that <EM>does <\/EM><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">confuse the uninitiated, and can refer to anything from the&nbsp;<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">cultural musing of&nbsp;George <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\"><FONT color=\"black\">Wallace&#8217;s &#8220;<\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/declarationsandexclusions.typepad.com\/foolblog\/\"><EM><FONT color=\"black\">Fool in the Forest<\/FONT><\/EM><\/A><FONT color=\"black\">,&#8221; and <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT color=\"black\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" color=\"black\">my&nbsp;punditry &amp; poetry weblog, <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\"><FONT color=\"black\">to <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/legalaffairs.org\/howappealing\/\"><FONT color=\"black\">How Appealing<\/FONT><\/A><FONT color=\"black\">&#8216;s<\/FONT> small blurbs,<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" color=\"black\">and the major essays of Judge Posner.<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" color=\"black\">Judge Posner.<\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" color=\"black\" size=\"2\">Of course, I should have added that &#8220;blawg&#8221; is also applied to&nbsp;both the &nbsp;<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" color=\"black\" size=\"2\">personal diaries of law students and the topical legal and political <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><FONT color=\"black\">commentary of well-known law <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/volokh.com\/\"><FONT color=\"black\">professors<\/FONT><\/A><FONT color=\"black\">&nbsp;and <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.professorbainbridge.com\/\"><FONT color=\"black\">public intellectuals<\/FONT><\/A><FONT color=\"black\">.<\/FONT>&nbsp; <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Come back to the <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">fold, Dear <EM>Scold<\/EM>.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/tinycheck.gif\" alt=\"tiny check\" \/>&nbsp; Again, let me stress that I am not against <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">new words, nor trying to dictate what others should<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">do.&nbsp; <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/tinycheck.gif\" alt=\"tiny check\" \/>&nbsp; Two years ago, I wrote <A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2004\/02\/07#a739\">a post<\/A> pointing out that a<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">lot of the fun of being in a weblog community was lost <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">when Comments and&nbsp;Trackbacks&nbsp;are deleted because <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">the weblog owner disagrees with&nbsp;what was said.&nbsp; Today,<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">I&#8217;m waiting to see <A href=\"http:\/\/www.corante.com\/betweenlawyers\/archives\/2006\/01\/27\/good_introductory_list_of_european_legal_blogs.php\"><FONT color=\"black\">if Dennis Kennedy<\/FONT><\/A> will ever post the <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Comment I left at&nbsp;Between Lawyers&nbsp;two days ago, con-<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">cerning the use of the word &#8220;blawg&#8221; The reason is that it <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">better says what it really is, I think, i.e. a blog related to law or <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">made by a lawyer in his capacity of a lawyer, <EM>e.g<\/EM>. not about his <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">pet or hobby or whatever. <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\"><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">&#8220;I think it&#x2019;s a simple matter of communication with the target <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">audience and I don&#x2019;t make a big issue about it. But I think in communicating with non-lawyers, or with <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">non-tech savvy lawyers for that matter, it just makes more sense to <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">talk about a &#x201C;law related website, lawblog, &#x2026;&#x201D; instead of &#x201C;blawg&#x201D;. <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\"><FONT size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Geneva,Arial,Sans-Serif\">Frankly, even using the word &#x201C;blog&#x201D;
