Last night, we learned that Prof. Swede’s <\/FONT><\/SPAN>collection of tanka poetry, <\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/DIV>

First Light, First Shadows, <\/EM>is the <\/FONT><\/SPAN>winner of the <\/FONT><\/SPAN>Snapshot Press<\/FONT><\/A> <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/DIV>
\n
Tanka Collection Competition 2005<\/FONT><\/A>.  <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN>In addition to a <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN>cash <\/FONT><\/FONT><\/SPAN>prize for <\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/DIV>

the author, the collection will be <\/FONT><\/SPAN>published later this year <\/FONT><\/SPAN>as an <\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/DIV>
