Bush <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">White House.&nbsp; Clearly, when informing his public, Ed <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">believes deeply in two&nbsp;principles that also guide the White House:&nbsp;<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">(1) if you <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">assert it enough, it&#8217;s true; <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">and (2) we don&#8217;t have to explain <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">a <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">thing, &#8217;cause <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">a Higher Power is on our <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">side. <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">&#8220;GraphClimb&#8221;<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">If you don&#8217;t believe me, check out his post &#8220;<A href=\"http:\/\/blawgreview.blogspot.com\/2005\/12\/best-blawg-best-law-blogs.html\">Best Blawg and Best Law Blogs<\/A>&#8221; <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">(Dec. 11, 2005),&nbsp;where Ed says:<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">&#8220;For most law bloggers, the real excitement will be right here for the <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">first ever Blawg Review Awards, which will be announced on December <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">26. No one knows whose blawgs are nominated, how a law blog gets <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">nominated, how the voting is tabulated, or even who gets to vote. Still, <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">this is where everyone interested in <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/blawgreview.blogspot.com\/\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" color=\"#000000\" size=\"2\">the best blawgs<\/FONT><\/A><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"> looks each week, <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">and law bloggers will be pointing their browsers back here right after <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Christmas to see who got what presents from Blawg Review this year.&#8221; <\/FONT><\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">So, don&#8217;t call it Boxing Day.&nbsp; December 26 is gonna be <EM>Blawxing Day<\/EM> <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">at Prof. Yabut&#8217;s house.&nbsp; <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/tinycheck.gif\" alt=\"tiny check\" \/> Just in case the votes aren&#8217;t tabulated yet, the f\/k\/a Gang<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">wants to add that &#8212; unlike the folks at 1700 Pennsylvania <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Ave and the <A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2005\/05\/24#a3867\">censors<\/A> at <EM><A href=\"http:\/\/www.blawgrepublic.com\/cat\/Legal-Ethics\/\"><FONT color=\"black\">Blawg Republic<\/FONT><\/A><\/EM> &#8212; &#8220;Ed&#8221; doesn&#8217;t <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">hold grudges or ignore constructive criticism.
