contest: “strives to celebrate the novelist and haiku poet <\/FONT>Soseki<\/FONT><\/A>, as well <\/FONT><\/DIV>

as to bring awareness of ‘Kumamoto city charm and Haiku to the inter-<\/FONT><\/DIV>
