would constitute formal cooperation with evil, the <\/FONT>judge should recuse <\/FONT><\/DIV>

I continue to <\/FONT>believe (as discussed here<\/A>), that a Catholic judge may  \"crusade<\/FONT><\/DIV>

involving a law <\/FONT>deemed <\/FONT>intrinsically evil by the Church — in order to <\/FONT><\/DIV>

stay true to the Church’s <\/FONT>teachings.  Supreme Court justices have <\/FONT><\/DIV>

far more direct power (and thus responsibility) than does any single <\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
