When I <FONT color=\"black\">first <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2004\/12\/14#a2914\"><FONT color=\"black\">introduced<\/FONT><\/A> <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/stories\/storyReader$3724\">Carolyn Hall<\/A>&nbsp;at this website, last December, I noted:<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><BR>Although she first became aquainted with haiku five <BR>years ago, Carolyn has been winning so many haiku <BR>awards (e.g., from <EM><A href=\"http:\/\/www.theheronsnest.com\/haiku\/0506i1325\/thn_issue.c1.html\"><FONT color=\"black\">Heron&#8217;s Nest<\/FONT><\/A><\/EM><FONT color=\"black\">)<\/FONT> that we can&#8217;t possibly<BR>list them all. <BR><\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><\/FONT><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Carolyn has continued to shine in 2005, as can be seen from <BR>the results of two annual contests held by <A href=\"http:\/\/www.snapshotpress.co.uk\/\"><FONT color=\"black\">Snapshots Press<\/FONT><\/A>.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">First, this haiku was <A href=\"http:\/\/www.snapshotpress.co.uk\/haiku_competition_results.htm#calendar_2\"><FONT color=\"black\">selected<\/FONT><\/A> as the featured poem for June <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">in Snapshot&#8217;s <\/FONT><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><A href=\"http:\/\/www.snapshotpress.co.uk\/the_haiku_calendar\/2006.htm\">2006 Haiku Calendar<\/A>&nbsp;(click to order):<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><\/FONT>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/berriesbranch.gif\" alt=\"berry branch\" \/>&nbsp; <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">wild berries&#x2014;<BR>one training wheel<BR>lifts round the curve<\/FONT><\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><\/BLOCKQUOTE><\/BLOCKQUOTE><\/BLOCKQUOTE><\/BLOCKQUOTE><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\" size=\"3\"><\/FONT><\/FONT><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><FONT face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\"><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\">&nbsp;<\/DIV><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\">Two additional poems by Carolyn were also chosen as&nbsp;Runners-up<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\">selections for the Calendar.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;More important, Carolyn&#8217;s collection <\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\">of haiku, entitled <EM>Water Lines<\/EM>, was one of three joint winners in The <\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT color=\"black\">Snapshot Press <\/FONT><A href=\"http:\/\/www.snapshotpress.co.uk\/haiku_competition_results.htm#1st_Prize_1\"><FONT color=\"black\">Haiku Collection Competition<\/FONT><\/A> 2004.&nbsp;
