our best wishes and hopes to all the affected people — especially to our haiku <\/FONT><\/DIV>

friend Prof. <\/FONT>David G. Lanoue<\/FONT><\/A>, at Xavier University, and to <\/FONT>Ernie<\/EM><\/A><\/FONT>.  Neither David’s <\/FONT><\/DIV>

Issa<\/FONT><\/A> website nor XU’s <\/FONT>homepage<\/FONT><\/A> have been accessible this afternoon.   I was <\/FONT><\/DIV>

hoping to find a few poems on rain storms and floods, but couldn’t get to the <\/FONT><\/DIV>
