celebration\u00a0— with food, music and pinatas.\u00a0 As part of their <\/span>VIVA! Cinco de Mayo<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/div>\n

about the wonderful Mexican Menudo soup and find recipes.\u00a0 This should whet your <\/span><\/div>\n
appetite:<\/span><\/div>\n

\"CincoMenudo\" “Every culture has great restorative stew of humble <\/span><\/div>\n
origin and ingredients. Menudo is a wonderfully aromatic soup made <\/span><\/div>\n
of tripe, hominy and chili, and is stewed for hours with garlic and <\/span><\/div>\n
other spices. the broth is rich, red, papery, and glistens with fat. It <\/span><\/div>\n
stimulates the senses, arms the insides, and clears the head. <\/span><\/div>\n
“Menudo is served in big open bowls brought to the table steaming and <\/span><\/div>\n
fiery.\u00a0 It is usually eaten in the wee hours after a night out on the town <\/span><\/div>\n
