Until yesterday evening, I had never met any of my Honored Guest poets<\/FONT><\/DIV>

in person.   A long dinner at an <\/FONT>Indian Restaurant<\/FONT><\/A> with John Stevenson was<\/FONT><\/DIV>

even more interesting, thought-provoking and enjoyable than I had expected.  <\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
Being an audience of one for intermittent readings of John’s favorite haiku and <\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
tanka was an unexpected treat.<\/FONT><\/DIV>
\n
