(see WNYT.com, Albany, NY, &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wnyt.com\/x2561.xml?ag=x156&amp;sb=x183\">Capoccia&#8217;s federal fraud trial begins<\/a>: <\/font><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">Accused of stealing millions from clients&#8221;)  Capoccia is charged with massive fraud &#8212; for allegedly <\/font><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">cheating his debt-reduction clients of $23 million and then conspiring to hide the booty and his other <\/font><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">assets.  His partners have already pled guilty.
