[&#8220;grey&#8221;]?&nbsp; I even caught myself about to do it last week.&nbsp; Affectations-R-Us.&nbsp; The<\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman,Times,Serif\"><A href=\"http:\/\/declarationsandexclusions.typepad.com\/foolblog\/\"><FONT color=\"black\">Fool in the Forest<\/FONT><\/A> would at least have the excuse of hanging around a lot of British poets.&nbsp; Personally, I&#8217;m not&nbsp;as fond of the adjective &#8220;<A href=\"http:\/\/www.myshingle.com\/my_shingle\/2005\/02\/lawyer_sanction.html\">outrageous<\/A>&#8221; as some webloggers seem to<\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">be.&nbsp;&nbsp; Before hurling verbal grenades or nukes (as opposed to raising a red flag or shooting a warning <\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">shot in the air), it <\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">makes <\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">sense to <FONT color=\"black\">consider <\/FONT><A href=\"w.theempirejournal.com\/021405as_attorneys_sanctioned_fo.htm\"><FONT color=\"black\">the source<\/FONT><\/A><FONT color=\"black\"> of the story<\/FONT> and go to some level-headed and<\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><A href=\"http:\/\/www.courts.state.ny.us\/reporter\/3dseries\/2004\/2004_06446.htm\"><FONT color=\"black\">original<\/FONT><\/A> sources.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sometimes you&#8217;ll find the extremists were right, but c<\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">reating unwarranted cynicism<\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>doesn&#8217;t seem to be <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>a helpful goal.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\"><\/FONT><\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/SPAN>&nbsp;<\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV dir=\"ltr\"><SPAN><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face=\"Times New Roman\">&#8220;tinyquestionN&#8221;&nbsp;
