Well, <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">this morning, Pat Zollinger, the Administrator of the local talkboard website, where the <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">comment was made <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.schenectadyny.info\/cgi-bin\/Blah\/Blah.pl?,m=1093686829,s=38,b=cc\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">announced<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"> &#8220;Well it happened.  I&#8217;ve been subpoenaed to appear for <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">this lawsuit in March.&#8221;   [reply 38]  How Romolo&#8217;s reputation doing so far?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,Times,Serif;font-size: x-small\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><em><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/tinycheck.gif\" alt=\"tiny check\" \/> Local Watchdogs Save Stray Dogs<\/em>:  We <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2005\/01\/15#a3101\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">complained<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"> on Saturday about the cynical  <em><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/ethicalesq\/dog2.gif\" alt=\"dog2\" \/> <\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">Town Supervisor who changed the Guilderland (NY) Pet Shelter from a &#8220;no kill&#8221; to a &#8220;kill&#8221; <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">facility right after volunteers finished a $100,000 donation drive to renovate the Shelter. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">I&#8217;m pleased to say that dozens of residents went out on a near-zero night yesterday and <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">&#8220;after much public outcry, the town supervisor and board members of the Guilderhaven Pet <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">Shelter have come to a new agreement. &#8230; Supervisor Kenneth Runion said, &#8216;It gives the dogs <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">the training they need to become good household pets, and it ensures if they can&#8217;t be made <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">good family household pets, they&#8217;ll be put somewhere that is safe&#8217;.&#8221; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">Thanks to those who <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-small\">cared enough to take action.
