David Paterson got it right, when he said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 90px\">\u201c<em>This is a potential tragedy that may have become one of the most magnificent days in the history of New York City agencie<\/em>s.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/newsimg.bbc.co.uk\/media\/images\/45380000\/jpg\/_45380992_rescuegrab_466.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"164\" height=\"105\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px\">Apparently, the plan encountered a flock of geese.
