Better head to Simple Justice<\/a><\/em>, where Scott Greenfield is crank<\/em>ing ’em out as he does so consistently and well.\u00a0 The past couple of days, Scott has discussed the appropriate bail and sentence for Bernie Madoff<\/a>, the wonder of $605 per hour<\/a> lawyer fees for associates (and $285 for summer student hires), some likely Rooms in the George W. Bush Library<\/a>, and much more — while dealing with yokels who can’t remember his surname.<\/p>\n
