Nov. 2, 2008)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/files\/2008\/10\/330px-swingstate-300x185.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">&#8212; &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/2008\/10\/11\/big-hint-words-to-use-besides-battleground\/\"><em>battleground<\/em><\/a>&#8221; has been uttered much too often &#8212;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">.. <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/files\/2008\/11\/blitt645.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10243\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/ethicalesq\/files\/2008\/11\/blitt645-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"402\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a> ..<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>&#8212;
