“vampire” agita?
Is it just me, or does the following combination of headlines from today’s NYSBA News Watch (which were listed in this exact order) cause anyone else uneasiness, distress, and good old agita?

Do you still regret passing up BIGLAW, Sherry?
The article at: http://www.okpatents.com/friendly.pdf about my firm, but it may have some insight as to why BIGLAW really isn’t that great of a deal. Sure, you make big bucks in the short term – but how many years of your life do you give up in the process. So, some insight and a shameless plug for my firm and PHOSITA: an intellectual property law blog I am working out the bugs in. :-) Douglas
