My name is Emanuel Pessoa. I hold a LLM from Harvard Law School (’12), and both a MSc (Law) and a JD fromthe Federal University of Cear\u00e1 (‘2008, ‘2006); currently, I am a PhD Candidate in Economic Law (University of S\u00e3o Paulo). I am also a member of the S\u00e3o Paulo Industries Federation’s Young Entrepreneur International Relations Commission and a former fellow of Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Estudar, Instituto Ling, Harvard University, National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and the Federal University of Cear\u00e1. I used to be a member of Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of Brazil, a group that nurtures startups<\/em> through venture capital<\/em> and mentoring<\/em>.<\/p>\n I practice Law mostly in S\u00e3o Paulo and Fortaleza, working in fields such as International Law, Investments, Contracts and M&A, Project Finance, PPP, Arbitration, Innovation (startups<\/em>) and I teach courses on Negotiation, applying the Harvard method. My practice is directed towards offering practical and efficient solutions accordingly to the needs faced.
