There are 99 names used for God in the Qur\u2019an.\u00a0 I wanted to showcase all of those names by arranging them within a poem.\u00a0 Each stanza concludes with the name \u201cAllah,\u201d because \u201cAllah\u201d is considered \u201cthe Greatest Name.\u201d \u00a0The final line of the poem is a nod to Jay-Z\u2019s song, \u201c99 Problems,\u201d because how could I not reference another work referencing a list of 99 things?<\/p>\n
