Camara, caused at HLS during my 1L year (here&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hlrecord.org\/media\/paper609\/news\/2002\/04\/18\/News\/Administration.Responds.To.Blsa.Demands.As.Students.Stage.Protest-399620.shtml?norewrite&amp;sourcedomain=www.hlrecord.org\">a link to an article<\/a><br \/>\nabout the Black Law Student Association protest surrounding these<br \/>\nevents), but it now appears that even though he&#8217;s an Olin Fellow at<br \/>\nStanford, he has created havoc at the Yale Law Journal, to the point<br \/>\nwhere they&#8217;ve started <a href=\"http:\/\/yljdebate.blogspot.com\/\">an entire blog<\/a> devoted to debating whether or not to rescind an offer to publish his article because he&#8217;s an admitted racist.<\/p>\n<p>Even though I am not fond of him as a person, he wrote an article that<br \/>\nmet the scholarly standards of the YLJ.&nbsp; Not publishing it will<br \/>\nnot prevent him from attaining success, it will likely just embitter him.&nbsp; I am convinced that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isthatlegal.org\/archives\/2005\/11\/cap_smear.html\">smart conservatives who unrepentantly cause controversy in their youth<\/a> grow up to become <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dineshdsouza.com\/\">Dinesh D&#8217;Souza<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>**<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and now for something gruesome: there are rings of criminal<br \/>\nbodysnatchers operating out there.&nbsp; And no one is safe, not even<br \/>\nthe <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/americas\/4552742.stm\">BBC&#8217;s dearly departed Alistair Cooke<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t have the energy to describe the ruckus that Kiwi, now K.A.D.
