Sorry. We&#8217;ve been head down writing a technical overview\/specification\/scope for the prototype platform we&#8217;re building. The first rev is now up, as a <a href=\"http:\/\/dp.la\/dev\/wiki\/sites\/dpladev\/images\/DPLA_Platform_Overview_2012-04-02.pdf\">pdf<\/a> for your reading pleasure, and as a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/a\/evident.com\/document\/d\/1Pfl_q_LSLgpIyzA7Gk2DmdZb2zqJRGrYQESVxhKwkLY\/edit\">Google Doc<\/a> for your commenting pleasure. (These links are on the wiki&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/dp.la\/dev\/wiki\/Technical_Overview\">Technical Overview<\/a> page.)<\/p>\n<p>The doc includes a functional description, a scope section explaining what will be in Phase 1 (April 27) and beyond, and a set of scenarios.<\/p>\n<p>Read and comment! We&#8217;re eager to know where we&#8217;re going wrong, what we haven&#8217;t thought about, better ways of doing what we&#8217;re proposing, and anything else.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Way too long since the last post.
