With conservative Republicans dominating the House of Representatives, how could the money ever materialize? &#8216;So,&#8217; in effect argue some supporters of the\u00a0Digital Public Library of America, the\u00a0 promising library initiative hosted by\u00a0Harvard\u2019s Berkman Center, &#8216;why can\u2019t the DPLA actually\u00a0<em>be<\/em>\u00a0the public library system online? We\u2019ll never get a good one otherwise.&#8217; I disagree.
