\nJERUSALEM – British police
\n told the Israeli Embassy in London minutes before Thursday’s
\n explosions
\n that
\n they
\n had
\n received
\n warnings of possible terror attacks in the city, a senior Israeli official
\n said.<\/p>\nIsraeli Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had planned to attend an
\n economic conference in a hotel over the subway stop where one of the
\n blasts occurred,
\n and the warning prompted him to stay in his hotel room instead, government
\n officials said.<\/p>\nJust before the blasts, Scotland Yard called the security officer at
\n the Israeli Embassy to say they had received warnings of possible attacks,
\n the official said. He did not say whether British police made any link
\n to the economic conference.<\/p>\nThe official spoke on condition of anonymity because of the nature of
\n his position.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\nfrom AP<\/a><\/p>\n
A few hours later, AP
\n changed their story<\/a>, and said
\n the warning came immediately AFTER the first explosion. Some were
\n mollified..<\/p>\n\nPlease publicize this. This morning in all the confusion
\n in London a report got out that the Israelis had received a warning
\n about the attacks before the first one. It was false, but as Right
\n Wing Nut
\n House points out, it seems destined for a place in the Hall of Things
\n That Have Not Happened But Are Widely Believed. It’s a very, very popular
\n place for some, who seem to believe that is "real" history.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\nfrom maxedout mama<\/a><\/p>\n
But the conspiracy theories start to fly….<\/p>\n
\nJust like the events of 9\/11, ask yourself, who stands
\n to gain from this? Could this have been organized by any group other
\n than one who has direct unlimited access to all areas of London’s transport
\n grid at all times? <\/p>\nThis has MI5 written all over it. Just watch that national ID card legislation
\n sail through. Only 15% of the country supported the government after
\n the last election, this will ensure total fealty to a smarmy Blair and
\n whatever he wants to do. Ken Livingstone and the opposition parties will
\n now have no grounds to reject ID card legislation, especially with the
\n Olympics coming to London in 2012. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\nfrom motionxsilently <\/a><\/p>\n
Given
\n the persistent, pernicious rumors that all Jewish occupants of the
\n World Trade Center were given advanced warning of 9\/11, it is perhaps
\n not surprising
\n that these rumors would surface again. What is somewhat surprising
\n is that they would involve a news source of the prestige of AP. Something
