Palfrey<\/a>, executive director of the <a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/home\/\">Berkman<br \/>\n        Center<\/a> for Internet &amp; Society<br \/>\n        at Harvard Law School. &#8221;Bloggers have gained enormous power.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>        Warren Kremer Paino Advertising LLC, an agency hired by the Maine Department<br \/>\n        of Tourism, filed suit in US District Court in Maine last week, alleging<br \/>\n        the blogger, Lance Dutson of Searsmont, Maine, outside Camden, violated<br \/>\n        the agency&#8217;s copyright and defamed the agency in blog entries self-published<br \/>\n      at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mainewebreport.com\/\">www.mainewebreport.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/business\/articles\/2006\/04\/28\/blogger_who_criticized_maine_tourism_office_faces_lawsuit\/\">Boston Globe<\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mainewebreport.com\/\">Maine Web Report<\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/palfrey\/\">John Palfry blog<\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/dowbrigade\/phoneumber.gif\" width=\"260\" height=\"91\" align=\"right\">This<br \/>\n        is the image, pulled from the Maine Department of Economic and<br \/>\n        Community Development website, that Dutson re-published.
