For the<br \/>\n        record, we don&#8217;t believe a word of it.&nbsp; However, it fits with a<br \/>\n        post we are working on about the post 9\/11 culture of fear which<br \/>\n        has taken over our lives. From a former Bundesnachrichtendienst<br \/>\n        member&#8211; Intel Expert:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n        Paul Wofowitz will authorise the detonation of a nuclear payload in the<br \/>\n          Houston area on December 27, 2004.
