I am from Al Qaeda and the relationship between me and Sept<br \/>\n11th&#8230;&quot; <\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"> Bahlul was halted by retired Army Col. Peter Brownback<br \/>\n        III, who told his four fellow commission members serving as judges to<br \/>\n        disregard the statement.
