He took charge<br \/>\n          of ordering, as it was one of his favorite restaurants.&nbsp;We remember<br \/>\n          a HUGE seafood platter for the table, with scallops, shrimp, squid,<br \/>\n          octopus, Concha Negra, sea snails and four kinds of fish, all super-fresh,<br \/>\n          and three different sauces for dipping. Now one of our favorite resaurants,<br \/>\n          and still one of our favorite artists.<\/p>\n<p>We were reminded of Endara when reading the following verses, from<br \/>\n          Pynchon&#8217;s Gravity&#8217;s Rainbow, in our opinion the greatest novel ever<br \/>\n          written in English, for the fifth time.<\/p>\n<p><em>If you see a train this evening, Far away against the sky, Lie down<br \/>\n        in your wooden blanket, Sleep, and let the train go by.<\/p>\n<p>        Trains have called us, every midnight, From a thousand miles away, Trains<br \/>\n        that pass through empty cities, Trains that have no place to stay.<\/p>\n<p>        No one drives the locomotive, No one tends the staring light, Trains<br \/>\n        have never needed riders, Trains belong to bitter night.<\/p>\n<p>        Railway stations stand deserted, Rights-of-way lie clear and cold: What<br \/>\n        we left them, trains inherit, Trains go on, and we grow old.<\/p>\n<p>        Let them cry like cheated lovers, Let their cries find only wind. Trains<br \/>\n      are meant for night and ruin.
