Why, this is a lawsuit just waiting<br \/>\n        to happen.&nbsp;The first time some lanky young future WNBA star wings<br \/>\n        a rock at a cootie-infested geek-in-training on an elementary school<br \/>\n        playground, rendering him senseless or worse, the culprit&#8217;s mother is<br \/>\n        sure to sue David and Goliath (whose very name is testimony to the power<br \/>\n        a well-aimed rock can do) for being responsible for inciting the child<br \/>\n        to throw the<br \/>\n        first<br \/>\n        stone. Or better yet, a class action suit, on behalf of all the stupid<br \/>\n        boys out there terrified by the implicit threat in these garments&#8230;.<\/i><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>NEW<br \/>\n          YORK &#8211; The T-shirts and pajamas are meant to be funny, with cartoon<br \/>\n          captions like &quot;Boys Are Stupid &#8211; Throw Rocks At Them.&quot; But<br \/>\n          some protesters, encouraged by a fathers-rights talk show host, are<br \/>\n          unamused and have<br \/>\n          pressured three retail chains into dropping the merchandise.<\/p>\n<p>          The products in question &#8211; an array of girls&#8217; clothes and accessories<br \/>\n          &#8211; are manufactured or licensed by David &amp; Goliath, a T-shirt company<br \/>\n        based in Clearwater, Fla.<\/p>\n<p>        Its chief designer, Todd Goldman, has created a series of cartoonish<br \/>\n        graphics used on the merchandise with what he intended to be humorously<br \/>\n        anti-boy<br \/>\n        themes. &quot;Boys Are Smelly &#8211; Throw Garbage Cans At Them,&quot; says<br \/>\n        one. &quot;The Stupid Factory &#8211; Where Boys Are Made,&quot; says another.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miami.com\/mld\/miamiherald\/news\/breaking_news\/7826847.htm\">the Miami Herald<\/a><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While no one can argue with the wisdom contained on these cute shirts, the Dowbrigade can clearly see why they should be pulled from store shelves just as fast as they can be rounded up.
