\n The mother of rapper Eminem was reportedly carjacked Thursday night in
\n metro Detroit.<\/p>\n

Debbie Mathers was sitting in her car while pumping gas
\n at the BP gas station located at Eight Mile and Coolidge roads around 11:30
\n p.m. She was approached by a man with a silver
\n handgun who demanded her car and threatened to kill her if she did not
\n get out of the car, according to Oak Park police.<\/p>\n

The carjacker then grabbed Mathers and pulled her out of the vehicle, police
\n said. He reportedly fled in Mathers’ car and headed west on Eight Mile.<\/p>\n

Mathers
\n reportedly ran into the gas station and called police from a pay phone.<\/p>\n
