They&#8217;ve been bitten, robbed<br \/>\n        and otherwise tormented by monkeys that ransack files, bring down power<br \/>\n      lines, screech at visitors and bang on office windows. <\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&quot;Please do not feed the monkeys,&quot; implores a<br \/>\n        sign at Raisina Hill, the complex of colonnaded buildings that includes<br \/>\n        the president&#8217;s<br \/>\n        residence, Parliament, and Cabinet offices. <\/p>\n<p>        To no avail.
