In a moment of alarming
\n cognitive dissonance, BloggerCon ’03 ended this afternoon with a blistering
\n accordian arrangement of Steppenwolf’s "Born
\n to Be Wild"<\/a>. <\/p>\n
\n fears that it would be deadly dull, it was neither. Early in the
\n conference Dave had announced that since the joint was lousy with journalists,
\n mainstream and freelance, everything said on campus was on the record. <\/p>\n
\n think that partiallyu put a damper on the discussion for a while – a
\n lot of over-monitoring was going on, until that 19-year-oild Graham cracker
\n bust
\n out and declared that the voter’s didn’t give a rat’s ass about the issues,
\n so why should the campaigns?<\/p>\n
\n to yell, "But you’re NOT SUPPOSED TO SAY IT IN PUBLIC." Oh well, the kid’s
\n still young. He’ll survive and learn to lie another day. Or
\n maybe not; politics is a cutthroat game these days.<\/p>\n
\n a bunch of new ideas, and even had a few myself. What more can one
\n ask for in a conference? All-in-all, a worthwile effort and food for thought.<\/p>\n
