Hawaii-based bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman
\n failed to appear in Puerto Vallarta as required under his bail conditions
\n and became a fugitive despite turning up in Los Angeles, where he insisted
\n to the television cameras that he was on the side of law and order.<\/p>\n

"This might be good for a TV script but not for reality," said
\n Marco Roberto Juarez, a state prosecutor in Puerto Vallarta who is preparing
\n to ask for his extradition. "We are going to make this a precedent
\n to show that you can’t just come here and do this kind of thing with
